An Integrative, Depth-Oriented Approach to Healing and Transformation
Healing rarely happens in a straight line — and no single therapeutic approach holds all the answers. Drawing from over 25 years of clinical experience, I bring together a rich, eclectic blend of evidence-based and wisdom-centered modalities, tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with.
My work integrates clinical psychology, Depth Hypnosis, somatic therapy, energy medicine, Buddhist psychology, shamanic principles, and transpersonal psychology — creating a layered, whole-person approach that addresses not just symptoms, but their roots.
Depth Hypnosis — A New Frontier in Healing
For many people who arrive at my practice, therapy is not a new experience. They have worked hard — in talk therapy, in mindfulness practice, in self-help and personal development — and yet something persists. A wound that won't fully close. A pattern that keeps returning. A heaviness that years of sincere effort haven't been able to lift.
Depth Hypnosis was developed precisely for this — for the places conventional therapy cannot always reach.
Created by Isa Gucciardi, Depth Hypnosis is an innovative and highly effective therapeutic modality that weaves together Buddhism, shamanism, hypnotherapy, and transpersonal psychology. It works at the level where lasting change actually occurs — beneath intellectual understanding, in the deeper layers of the psyche where our most persistent patterns, wounds, and limiting beliefs live. Many clients find that issues which resisted resolution through years of traditional therapy begin to shift meaningfully — often surprisingly quickly — when approached through the depth-oriented framework this method provides.
Somatic and Body-Centered Healing
The body holds what the mind cannot always reach. Somatic approaches recognize that trauma, stress, and emotional pain are stored not just in memory but in the nervous system and physical body itself. By working with bodily sensation, breath, and movement alongside traditional psychotherapeutic techniques, we access a deeper level of healing — one that creates lasting change rather than temporary relief.
An Eclectic, Whole-Person Framework
No two people arrive at my door with the same history, the same wounds, or the same vision for their life. My eclectic approach means I draw from whatever combination of modalities best serves you — whether that includes mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care, energy medicine, relational psychotherapy, or shamanic frameworks. The goal is never to fit you into a method, but to find the approach that fits you.
What We Work With
This integrative approach is highly effective for a wide range of experiences including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, addiction, chronic fatigue, life transitions, spiritual emergence, relationship patterns, and the deeper question of how to live a more free, open, and meaningful life. Each symptom is understood not as a problem to be eliminated, but as a teacher pointing the way back to balance.
For Individuals
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, chronic fatigue, spiritual emergence, or the persistent feeling that something remains unresolved despite years of sincere effort, my integrative approach meets you where conventional therapy often falls short.
For Couples
I work with couples navigating communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, life transitions, and the shifting demands of building a life together. My approach supports couples not just in resolving conflict but in developing a deeper, more authentic connection — to each other and to themselves.
For Families
Growing a family brings profound joy and profound challenge. I bring extensive experience supporting families through transitions in identity, role, and relationship — helping each member feel seen, understood, and empowered to contribute to a healthier family system.
For Teens
When working with teenagers, my focus is on facilitating their connection with their own highest self — supporting them as they develop their values, their voice, and their sense of who they are. Therapy with teens is about more than managing difficult feelings; it is about learning to understand, express, and trust those feelings as guides toward a more empowered and authentic life.
