Intro: I'm Hans Freyberg, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist based in Boulder, Colorado, I'm authorized under PSYPACT — the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact — to provide telehealth therapy to clients located in any of the states and territories listed below, in addition to seeing clients in person here in Boulder.

What this means for you: through my ASPPB E-Passport, I can legally hold video or phone sessions with you no matter which of these states you're physically in on a given day — without needing a separate license in your state.

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Washington D.C., and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Not currently covered: California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Iowa, New Mexico, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon are not active PSYPACT members as of this writing (several have pending legislation). If you're located in one of these states, I'm not able to provide therapy to you under my current license — but I'm glad to help you find a referral.
